TRAINING PROGRAMS
Karen Stobbe and Sonya Barsness were the Subject Matter Experts and the Co-developers of the content for the Hand in Hand Training Toolkit, a training program that was produced by the CMS. There are 4 modules on dementia and 2 modules on the prevention of abuse. It was sent free to every nursing home in the United States.

The team of Sonya and Karen worked on Dr. Al Power's curriculum for his Dementia Beyond Drugs Training. We were able to tour with him to 6 locations to pilot the new training.
